All orders leave from our warehouse in Belgium. An order placed before the end of the day is prepared the same day or the next, then shipped directly. Allow 1 to 3 business days in Belgium, 2 to 5 business days in France, the Netherlands and the rest of Europe.

Pickup point: free, no minimum order in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. Home delivery: €6.99 in Belgium (free from €50), €10.99 in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France (free from €60). Rest of Europe: pickup point €6.99 (free from €40), home delivery €10.99 (free from €60). The exact cost is shown at checkout, before you confirm.

Yes. Choose “Pickup point delivery” at checkout, then select your pickup point right after payment, on the confirmation page (map + list of the points closest to your address). If you don't choose one, the nearest pickup point is assigned automatically. You'll receive tracking by email.

On products marked “Buy 2, get 1 free” (squishies, battery-powered vehicles, dolls…), add 3 eligible items to your cart in any combination: the cheapest of the three is deducted automatically, no code needed. With 6 items, 2 are free, and so on. If you return just one item from a 2+1 offer, the refund is calculated pro rata based on the amount actually paid for the three.

You have 14 days from delivery. If a toy arrives damaged, opened or not as described, write to us: we'll email you a prepaid return label, you drop off the parcel and we refund or exchange the product as soon as we receive it, at no cost to you. Changed your mind? As long as the toy is intact and in its original packaging, you can also send it back within 14 days: contact us and we'll explain what to do.

All our toys meet European safety standards (CE marking) and every product page shows the recommended age. For the very youngest, go for our 0-2 years selection.
