Where are orders shipped from and how long do they take to arrive?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Belgium. An order placed before the end of the day is prepared the same day or the next, then shipped straight away. Allow 1 to 3 working days in Belgium, and 2 to 5 working days in France, the Netherlands and the rest of Europe.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipped within 24 h from our depot in Belgium, delivery in 24-48 h. Belgium: relay point €4.99 (free from €40) or home delivery €6.99 (free from €50). Europe: relay point €6.99 (free from €40) or home delivery €10.99 (free from €60). The exact cost is shown at checkout, before you confirm.
Can I have my order delivered to a relay point?
Yes. You choose “Relay Point Delivery” at checkout, then you select your relay point right after payment, on the confirmation page (map + list of the points closest to your address). If you don't pick one, the nearest relay point is assigned automatically. You receive tracking by email.
How does the “buy 2, get 1 free” offer work?
On eligible products (squishies, vehicles, dolls and other collections — it's stated on the product page), add 3 items of the same type to your cart: the cheapest is deducted automatically. The offer does not combine across categories — for example, 2 squishies + 1 car does not work.
How do I use the code BIENVENUE10?
BIENVENUE10 gives you 10% off your first order from €25. Enter it in the “Discount code” field at checkout. Like all our promo codes, it cannot be combined with existing offers (such as buy 2 get 1 free), unless stated otherwise.
Can I return a toy?
You have 14 days from receipt. If a toy arrives damaged, opened or not as described, write to us: we send you a prepaid return label by email, you drop the parcel off and we refund or exchange the product as soon as we receive it, at no cost to you. Changed your mind? As long as the toy is intact and in its original packaging, you can also return it within 14 days: contact us and we'll explain what to do.
Are the toys safe for my child?
All our toys comply with European safety standards (CE marking) and every product page states the recommended age. For very young children, take a look at our 0-2 years selection.
