All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium. We deliver to Belgium and throughout the European Union (44 countries served), but not outside Europe.
1. Delivery costs
Belgium
- Pickup point delivery: €4.99 — free on orders from €40
- Home delivery: €6.99 — free on orders from €50
Europe (France, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, etc.)
- Pickup point delivery: €6.99 — free on orders from €40
- Home delivery: €10.99 — free on orders from €60
The applicable costs are calculated automatically and shown clearly before you confirm payment.
2. Delivery times
- Belgium: 24 to 48 working hours
- Rest of Europe: 3 to 5 working days
Orders placed before 2 pm are normally prepared and shipped the same day. These times are estimates and run from the date the order is actually shipped.
3. Pickup point delivery
If you choose pickup point delivery, you select your pickup point right after payment, on the order confirmation page: a map shows you the points closest to your address, with their opening hours.
If you don't select a point, the pickup point closest to your address is assigned automatically. You can of course change it from the confirmation page.
4. Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel until it is delivered to the pickup point or your home.
5. Delivery address
Please check your address carefully when ordering. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot be held responsible for a delayed or failed delivery. If the parcel is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.
6. Damaged or lost parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't reach you, contact us quickly at info@playland.be with your order number: we will immediately open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution (new shipment or refund).
