Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

  • Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France — pickup point: free, no minimum order.
  • Home delivery — €6.99 in Belgium, free from €50; €10.99 in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France, free from €60.
  • Rest of Europe — pickup point: €6.99, free from €40. Home delivery: €10.99, free from €60.

How long does delivery take?

24 to 48 working hours in Belgium, 3 to 5 working days for the rest of Europe. Every order placed before 2 pm is shipped the same day.

Where are parcels shipped from?

From Belgium (Brussels). Every order is prepared and shipped from our Belgian warehouse.

Do you deliver outside Europe?

No. We only deliver to Belgium and the rest of Europe (44 countries, including Luxembourg).

How do I choose my pickup point?

The pickup point selector appears after payment, on the order confirmation page. If you don't choose one, the point closest to your address is assigned automatically.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind (legal right of withdrawal).

Who pays for return shipping?

We do. Return costs are always covered by us, in Belgium and everywhere in Europe. We provide a prepaid label.

When will I be refunded?

Within 14 days of receiving your return, via your original payment method.

Is there a warranty?

Yes: on top of the 14-day right of withdrawal, you benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Which items can't be returned?

The legal exceptions: personalised products, unsealed trading cards, and sealed products that have been opened, for hygiene reasons.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Payment is 100% secure and prices include VAT (Belgian VAT at 21%).

Is there a discount code?

Yes: with the code BIENVENUE10, you get 10% off your first order. Enter it in the “Discount code” field at checkout. It can't be combined with the buy 2, get 1 free offer (products marked “2+1 free”): only one of the two discounts applies to an order.

Products

Are the toys safe for children?

All our toys meet CE standards and are selected for children aged 0 to 12. The recommended age is shown on every product page.

Can I add gift wrapping?

Yes: colourful paper and ribbon for €3.50 per order. Just tick the box in your cart.

How can I contact you?
